Can I change the default port between Managed Dynatrace and One agent (8443) to another port?
As this port is already used on the managed servers with a different security tool.

You have to go to CMC. There you can click on cluster (if you have more than one, pick one). There you will have option to change default 8443 port. But be aware that this is default port for old installation, for new ones default is 443. You have to change this behavior on all cluster instances you have.
