Choose which ActiveGate stores dumps and download them from the UI

Hi all,

we have 2 activeGates AG1 and AG2 and configured dumps on both following the documentation:  https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/enable-memory-dumps#activate-dump-functionality

when downloading them from the UI the path stills being from the oneagent but we can choose activeGate from the "download link" section. Once there, even though we configured 2 activeGates, just AG1 appears and with different names ( we checked is the same AG1 cause the IP adress is the same)

why is just AG1 appearing twice with different names instead of AG1 y AG2 ? and how can we download them ?

@MariettaAlmeida - are you still having this issue? If so what is your Cluster version, what is your AG Version. Granted this is an older post so it may be resolved now. Please let us know 🙂
