Citrix VDI Oneagent install error.

Our customer tried to install Oneagent on Citrix VDI, but failed to install with an error.

Does anyone know what this popup is?

I clicked "OK". However, it stops responding on the screen below.

I'd have a good look through the Install log files. They're quite verbose but somewhere in there should be the answer.
