Is there an API to manage "Service Naming Rules"?

Hi Sia,

Any idea when this is coming? We have a technology were we deployed hundreds of OpenShift services originally. Now we are adding NGINX so that with a cookie value, we will have mostly identical services created on separate pods but different code base. But that means that the service level configurations on the original OpenShift services (naming rules, anomaly detection rules, failure exception rules) at a service level will need to be manually reconfigured for the new services again. If we have a service-level API, it would greatly avoid this headache.
