Configuring Dynatrace for Poly Studio Devices

Currently, our team that manages Dynatrace in our environment, cannot get the Poly Studio X Series devices to be seen. We have the devices set properly per HP/Poly but our team is saying that the devices are blocking incoming...which is somewhat true. They cannot accept write requests. They can only send. However, we're being told that because there is no OID (only the proprietary MIB from the devices) that information cannot be populated in Dynatrace. I find that very hard to believe. This seems to be an issue with the configuration of the Dynatrace application, in my opinion.

If you're try monitoring the Related servers that operate the solution, you will proceed with the normal Oneagent deployments based on the Operating system:

In case there is a block, check the firewall settings and related headers that should be enabled through the Firewall:
