DataPoint disappear if timeFrame is changed

Hi,

I created a custom chart on service multidimensional analysis page that has details of request count and response time per request on a single chart as below. Now I want to have this data (daily and weekly) to form a report.

When I change the timeframe to 24 hours or higher the datapoints disappear for rarely occurred request. These request are not frequent but are very important from monitoring. Is this something DT already know? or any specific reason for this?

Do we have any other way to create similar chart without loosing data?

Have you by chance marked these requests as "Key Requests"?
