Database IP is not correctly mapped post migration to new IP's

Request your kind support on your findings,why the Dynatrace is still showing the DB Ip's as old one post migration to new IP's

Except one, all other DB's are mapped with new IP''s

Have you recycled the Oneagent Services on the host? This can be done on the host or via the Oneagent CTL.
