Databases - Facade order database is not being monitored

Need your help with two questions.
1st,

as shown in the picture or link. Why can not I see the facade_order database?

2nd,

as shown in the picture or link, facade_order database should be a database with high-frequency access. It is impossible that there are no requests from the past 10 days up to now, but why does Dynatrace show that the facade-order database has had no requests over the last 10 days.

That database instance, was it residing on a host that was decommissioned then never onboarded? Also it looks like that DB is also not attributed to the management zone you have selected in the first screen cap.
