Short answer is no. Not with the currently generally available AIX Oneagent, which is only for IIS / Java / WebSphere Application Server processes and applications have to be manually instrumented in contrast to Linux / Windows Oneagents.
There is a new version in the works which will instrument automatically as Linux/Windows agents do, I think it's already in the EAP. For a particular support of IIB in this version you should give it a try or reach out to Dynatrace support.
I will give it a try as we are currently in a POC for Dynatrace SaaS. Do you know when this version will generally be available?
Thank you for the answer.
Sorry, no idea about GA. Maybe someone from Dynatrace can answer. If IIB is "pure" Java, you can also try to instrument it manually with currently available AIX agent.
In addition to what's been said, you can always find out what environments, technologies, and versions can be monitored with Dynatrace on this help page. It's always changing, so if there's anything else you want to monitor, be sure to check here to see if it's supported.
