Has anyone come across a scenario where the problem opened and then due to the factor that server went into a hung state the problem closed. The issue did not resolve however Dynatrace assumed that since there is no communication between the One Agent and server the problem can be closed. Is this an expected scenario?
Problem was received in Dynatrace but since The Server went into a hung state, the problem auto closed in a 19-minute duration. The support assumed that the problem is fixed because the problem closed. Is this a normal behavior of Dynatrace? Shouldn't Dynatrace receive another problem of host becoming unresponsive? Requesting Dynatrace support to throw some light into this issue.
