In the WebUI for SaaS -> Problems, you have the ability to add a comment to the problem.
If you have DAVIS integrated with Slack, could you use that as a method to comment on a problem directly from Slack?

Yes you can add comments via DAVIS, there are many ways!
You can do it via the alexa skill, the DAVIS chat interface or integrations like Slack.
