Dynatrace for Job Scheduling and Workload Automation

This is off topic, but I need to check & confirm community's opinion about the support for Job Scheduling and Workload Automation like those provided by ContrOl-M.

Please confirm whether is this feasible to or.

Not at all. Dynatrace is an observability and monitoring tool. Job scheduling is a completely different area with different requirements. Dynatrace also has no means to execute any commands on monitored systems where OneAgents are running, mainly for security reasons. However, the combination of both tools, when Dynatrace is triggering actions in a job scheduling tool which orchestrates the executions is perfectly meaningful.
