Dynatrace user ID is shown as encrypted

Dear Team,

When the users hit the Dynatrace URL, the error shows the userIDs are encrypted..PFA.. Could you please advise the reason why it is not showing the exact user ID's.

We don't encode usernames here. I bet in your case this is what came from the SAML response from your IDP.

I had a similar issue where I had a misconfiguration on the SAML side of my client.
