Dynatrace userID is sown as encrypted

Dear Team,

When the users are hitting the DT URL,the errors shows the userid's are encrypted..PFA..Could you please advise the reason why it is not showing the exact user ID's

We don't encode usernames here. I bet in your case this is what came from the SAML response from your IDP.

I had a similar issue where I had a misconfiguration on the SAML side of my client.
