Error while installing OneAgent to Linux on SUSE Linux Enterprise 15

Hello Team,

I get an error when installing OneAgent offline for SUSE Linux Enterprise 15, the error is:

"Error: User name/UID 'dtuser' configured for OneAgent does not exist. installation aborted".

When I installed it on Centos 7, the system created dtuser not checking from an existing user, when I check on the document it's no different installing OneAgent for Centos or SUSE, please explain what did I miss.

You can report this in Dynatrace ONE.

Anyway, have you tried to create "dtuser" manually?

Hi,

I believe you need to open a support ticket for that, in case that you are using root during the installation and no security applied on the host.
