The question: When you set-up the F5 2.0 extension, did you have to configure anything with SNMP on your F5 side?
I was wondering if anyone else has come across this before. After setting up the F5 2.0 extension, I am getting the following error:
Failed to assign monitoring configuration to ActiveGate. Reason: UNKNOWN_ERROR:Status DEVICE_TIMEOUT_ERROR (39) returned from 1 agents (F5_IP_ADDRESS: GetBulk timout args: 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0 : request timeout (after 0 retries) [status code=39]);
It looks like a connection error. But I'm wondering if because Dynatrace is connecting to our F5 via SNMP, if there is some configuration I need to make on the F5 side.

Just verify the extension connectivity is allowed in network Firewall and verify extension logs.
