Few user names are coming as anonymous but when drill down in user tag, it is showing user name

Few user names are coming as anonymous but when drill down in user tag, it is showing user name. My question is why it shows as anonymous and why it is not showing direct user name

Can you check if there listed more than one "user tag" event? For identifying the user, only the last user tag event is used for identification.
