Filtering logs v2 before ingestion to Dynatrace

Logs V2 can be filtered before ingestion with "FILTER_OUT", but there seems to be no option for something like "FILTER_IN". This existed in Logs v1 with "EntryFilter".

The use-cases are obvious. Looking at several threads and even Product Ideas, most of them are relative to v1. And another states that this is already possible with Grail.

But, there are still many cases for this to be available in v2 (eg. Managed). Am I missing something (eg. inverse regex with FILTER_OUT?, ...) or is this still really a Product Ideaa?

Sounds like an RFE to me, I also put in a RFE to add in Dynamic exclusion rules rather then manually selecting what's collected form the UI page.
