Fixed thresholds only for 10% Slowest Requests

Dear All,

Do we have a way to configure the fixed thresholds only for 10% slowest requests?

Keep in mind that making 100's of key requests is not a precticl solution.

I dont think there is any ability to set a threshold at the 10% slowest level. This would be a great RFE tho!
