I noticed that the device created by one of the network interfaces responds correctly. It's my NAT. However, it does not present the CICs.
CICs went up by another IP address on the same z/OS.
Maybe you can help me with the analysis.

The CISs ip can only tend to change if there is a configuration change in TCP/IP configuration files or DD name SYSTCPD in CICS startup JCL. Can you just check why the ip had been change?

Did you get any input from the support? We recently upgraded the UAT environment agents to the 1.241.222 version and did not face the described issue. The only difference between your and my version is .222 and 223
