Grail Roll-out Timelines

The Grail Platform and Business Analytics Capability was show-case during the Amplify Partner Power Up session and our customers are eagerly awaiting to leverage this capability.

Unfortunately I got information that roll-out is phasewise and starts with us-east and eu-west. Does anyone in the Community have an idea of timelines for other regions and is there reference for the same somewhere by Dynatrace.

The documentation is already there including videos and its making our customers very excited and we lack an explanation for planning purposes why they cannot use it and when they will be able to

It is correct that the roll-out is done in phases. Over the next weeks we will enable Grail for more and more environments.
Please get in touch with your account rep as we adjust our roll-out on customer demand.
