Host CPU reach 100% while consuming CPU processes hardly reach 60%

Hi guys,

Customer got ATMs running on WIN7 32bit machines that are working too slow.

After installing oneagent on few of those ATMs we can see host CPU peaks of 100% while looking at the consuming processes the total hardly goes to 60%. this behavior continues all over the day.

We can also see Windows System process with very low CPU usage - by the way what this process includes?

Who can be in charge of consuming the rest of the 40%?

Are you sure that windows does not try to install any updates?
