In order to enable application session replay, I should contact the Dynatrace chat to allow it. I found the Dynatrace link that lead to the chat but the problem is I only have a university account, when I enter my credentials it show an error " Invalid login credentials ", so do I need a particular type of account to access Dynatrace live chat?
Just for information we are using the Dynatrace Managed.

1. Is live chat enabled in you cluster? Check in Cluster Management Console -> Settings -> Preferences, or ask cluster admin.
2. Can you check again? Maybe that was a short outage.
3. No special permissions are required to use live chat if it's enabled.
