Hello,
I'm using Dynatrace Managed and in the new sprint 138, I see a new link in the user menu: "Receive alerts via mobile app". We don't use the Dynatrace Mobile app and don't plan to use it. How to hide this new link in order to avoid confusion and questions from our own Dynatrace users?

We can disable the menu by configuration.

Wolfgang,
How to do it ? Is it from the GUI or the REST API ?

Please ask your Dynatrace contact to disable it for you. It has to be configured on your Dynatrace managed cluster configuration. This is not available through any API.

Is there a way to restrict this menu entry with policy or group right that will leave it available only for admins?
If this entry will be hidden, is there a way to generate a token with Mobile right V1? from the UI access token page we didn't succeed to find this right.
Thanks in advance
Yos

Concerning UI restrictions no. For mobile v1 token scope I also dont think we offer that in UI. I think you can generate such a token through token API as far as I remember. In new mobile app we just use standard scopes: problem read/write scope.

@Babar_Qayyum not jet, we are working on that on permissions level. Currently you can disable the mobile app on environment level as an environment admin. But not more fine granular on user group level. That will come next.
