How to monitor required fields and values for dynamic response

We need to monitor rest endpoint response, if all the required fields and expected values are we getting in response or not for all the real customers, if we any required fields are missing, we need to get alerts.

is there any possibilities to create this kind of proactive monitors?

That will not be going to validate real user's response dynamically, I am looking for dynamical response validation.

Have you explore creating request attributes/user action properties to catch those values?
I am not sure if you can create metric events base on that.
