How to setup SLOs using MONACO

I  am planning to setup SLOs for particular environment using MONACO. Can somebody please guide  me , how I can start with?? I am familiar with SLO but not with monaco.

Usually, my approach is to create the first SLO using the UI, then you use Monaco to download SLOs, and then you can use the SLO you created as a template.

Is there any step by step approach documented ?? right from download monaco.exe and further configurations needs to be done at local machine and then download SLO

Also how to setup this project at local where i can get this
