Hi fellow member of forum,
Has anyone do the integration with SCSM(System Center Service Manager) before? 'cause I am about to do so, and would like to know beforehand if there is challenge or is it possible
Hey Chan, Did you get the integration set up? Did you run into any issues? If so, what did you do to resolve those issues? If you have any documentation on this process please share it with us. Were there any lessons learned in the process?
Nope didn't try it out, eventually we didn't do the integration with customer.
We just ran a POC, so we simply use email notification
