Hi everyone, we are examining an application that consistently shows response times above 2 seconds. Most delay occurs in a "waiting" phase before external dependencies respond. Our host metrics appear healty, and we see no slow database queries. The delay seem tied to external calls. How can we dig deeper using distributed traces, dependency analysis or additional metrics to identify the root cause? Any guidance is appreciated.
