Is possible to know data model of cassandra data?

For documentation purpose I would to know the data model of cassandra database, or maybe the organization of tables.

I don't see any documentation about it.

That is not possible. It’s the internal knowledge how the data structure is organized.

Thats part of Dynatrace's secret sauce! there's no way they are going to show you that. Maybe look into the technology to gain a better understanding of it but those requested details most likely will no be shared

You can login to the node and glean some information with cqlsh.
