Is there any easiest way to enable/disable crash dumps via API or through global settings based on HOST_GROUPS?

We have recently got crash dumps enabled and I see only two ways to do.

1. From Host settings 2. From Host_GROUP settings
I want to know if there is an easiest way to enable/disable it.

Like an API call with HOST_GROUP or a global level option to do based on HOST_GROUP

@bchintapalli were you able to find an API endpoint for the Crash Dumps?
