Can we put a Kafka bus between the Dynatrace server and ServiceNow or Ansible Tower? This bus is mandatory and must be used in the implementation of our ITO domain tooling. For the interface with ServiceNow we need to have a bi-directional flow (over the Kafka bus) and the process for exchanging events/incident requests must have a close loop (close event in Dynatrace must trigger a close in ServiceNow of the same event and a closure of the underlying incident must trigger the closure of the event in Dynatrace.
