Key requests with no throughput?

Hello,

Does anyone know a good way to discover key requests in the environment that do not have any throughput?

This seems to get me a list of them by service, is this as close as I can get?

 

/api/v2/settings/objects?schemaIds=builtin%3Asettings.subscriptions.service&fields=objectId%2C%20value%2C%20scope&pageSize=500
