LDAP: user can't log in after account creation

Hello there.

The problem we're currently experiencing is that we're setting up LDAP user repo integration with one of our customers. For this particular case, we cannot use LDAP groups, so we're planning to manage them directly in Dynatrace. However, we've run into a problem: we're not able to add a user until he tries to log in the first time he doesn't have access permissions (which leads to a bad customer experience because there usually is an error showing up, saying "invalid username/password" or "no environment was assigner to the user".) The question is - are there any possibilities to create a user group in advance before the user tries to log in and see an error and all that?
