Log Monitoring - Extract values from log files as custom metrics

Is it possible to create custom metrics by pulling numerical values from log files?

As an example, given this line from an IIS log:

2022-08-16 09:24:52 172.1.1.13 POST /LOB1/CustomServer/CustomServer.soap - 80 - 172.1.1.120 Mozilla/4.0+ - 200 0 0 62

The HTTP status code is 200, and time-taken is 62. Can I pull these values as metrics and associate them with "/LOB1/CustomServer/CustomServer.soap" ?
