Log Storage in Dynatrace SaaS

Hi,

Can somebody inform where's the ingested logs being stored for Dynatrace SaaS?
As far as my understanding for Dynatrace managed we store logs in Dynatrace managed cluster (elasticsearch) so the logs can be queried, but what's the case with Dynatrace SaaS?

Grail aside, it will still be stored in elasticsearch.

Also the concern is the customer data stored out of their premises

Yes, with SaaS all data is stored in the cloud.

If you want to keep your data on premise you would have to use Dynatrace Managed.

Is it possible to know the exact location/region of the stored logs in the cloud and their replicas?
If Dynatrace has a documentation/NDA regarding this would be great.
