Monaco to Delete ALL Configuration

Hello Team 😄

I was wondering if there was a way to completely Reset an Environment.
I saw this post, where the answer seems to functionally be no.
However, I thought it may be possible with Monaco given there is a Delete function.

I spent some time dabbling with Monaco v1, as it's what I'm more familiar with, and discovered there are some settings which cannot be removed (via Monaco v1).
Is it possible with v2 as far as anyone knows?

Or more specifically:

  1. Does Monaco v2 have the ability to remove any single setting/config?
  2. If so, is there a flag to Delete All as opposed to listing each config individually within the delete yaml file?

------------------
More context:
In my Test Tenant, I had no DT V3 (Grail) config, so I wasn't expecting any of that to be deleted (as I had none to begin with)

My v1 approach went as follows:

  1. Using monaco v1, download all config from my Tenant
  2. Run a script which parses through the Downloaded Config, and creates a delete.yaml file
  3. Using monaco v1, run the delete.yaml file

What I learnt was some (non-Grail) config despite asking for everything wasn't downloaded via v1.
And consequently, wasn't deleted via v1.
