Hi,
Unfortunately, the selected 'entry point' option is actually not yet supported for .Net and leads to an error.
This error causes custom services to not show up, and also new IIS
App Pools agents might not be correctly initialized (which causes services
to not show up in "Transaction & services").
However, the solution is simple:
Please uncheck 'This service is used inside a busy loop to process
dequeued messages of a queue' on every .Net custom service you have
defined and save the configuration.
This should solve your problem.
Sorry for any inconveniences. We are currently working on fixing
this issue and hope that we can provide a more satisfying solution

PS don't forget to restart your services that the new configuration is updated accordingly.
