We are facing an issue in showing the available disk space (c/d drives) using Dynatrace oneagent.
In our application, very frequently(almost everyday) data is purged in D drive. After data is removed, available disk space is not showing correctly in the dashboard. For instance, out of 10gb, if 5 gb data is removed, dashboard should show 5gb. But, dashboard is showing 10gb. However, if we restart the services then it is showing correct available volume (5gb). We can restart services everytime data is purged.
We do not understand the reason. Could you please advise us how to resolve the issue? if we need to do any changes in the settings.
How is your time span set in the dashboard? Which tile do you use?
Unfortunately, you cannot chart a particular disk at the moment (only aggregated value for all disks for a host).
