OneAgent data collection issue after installing

We have installed OneAgent on the target server, and the server is reporting to the console, the latest data collection also happened, but after 5 minutes server is not reporting to the console. The data collection also has not happened, but the OneAgent service is running fine, and we're unable to find the logs folder for this server.

Don't you have some kind of network scanning service enabled on the way from OA to the Dynatrace server? Have you checked how the agent behaves in infra-only mode?
