OneAgent --set-infra-only is being deprecated, moving towards --set-monitoring-mode

Referring to the document below, what version of OneAgent is '--set-monitoring-mode' first available in? I searched the OneAgent release notes for reference of it but did not find it. I do see the new command available with OA version 1.281.137 (latest at this moment) but I'm hoping to understand when it was first available.

Hi,

According to this article it was added in OneAgent 1.189 version 🙂

Best regards

I should have been more specific. I'm referring to  --set-monitoring-mode (the replacement for --set-infra-only). The old command it seems was introduced in 1.189, not the newer one.

Hi,

all I found is this

https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/platform-modules/infrastructure-monitoring/hosts/monitoring-modes#en...

OneAgent version 1.273+ The --set-infra-only command is now deprecated. Use the --set-monitoring-mode command instead.

Appears Dynatrace did not do a good job in letting the customer know about this.  We have had servers installed in full stack instead of Infra mode because of this.

Thank you! This is important if you have some automation in place. Thx :take_my_money:
