Possible limit in "Custom Handled Exception" configuration

Good morning comunity and Dynatrace,


I think there might be some limit to the lenght of the message string that you can insert in the "Custom Handled Exception" in the service error detection .


If so I see no reference to a limit in the doc


But I'm sure that the custom handled exception wasn't working in my case till I decided to "cut" in half the message that had to be spotted by the error detection.

To whom I can speak to see if some actual limit exist?
