Is there a reason that the Affected service calls and Affected requests values show the total number of call/requests and not the number impacted?
I feel it's misleading to show 8.93k Affected service call for a failure rate increase problem, when in this case there were only 3 requests that failed.

@todd_dzur2 were you able to get clarity on this? Its a very interesting point that you bring up, maybe a Dynatrace Support rep can provide some more clarity on the numbers that are provided in your screen capture.

While I don't know how the calculation is done, I encourage you to be careful using this number as it literally says "show the following potential impact".
