Query on High-Cardinality data for Opentelemetry integration

Is there any way we can query (AND,OR,NOT) condition based on high cardinality data for opentelemetry integration? If not are there any plans of adding it in the future releases.

I am referring to the metrics data. Like how we can query in splunk or other tools, is it possible to do same in dynatrace for opentelemetry metrics data.
