Request Naming Rule API based on Request Attribute

it is possible to create a service name rule using a request attribute placeholder? 

If yes, it will appreciated to share an example of a request body to explore the attribute, conditions...

{Request:Name} is one of the built-in placeholders. If I understand you correctly, you should be able to just include that and the specific RA placeholder you're interested in. An example from the UI:
