I have several questions regarding integration with the Dynatrace mobile application. Unfortunately, this information is not in the product documentation.

I don't think you can disable the option to link with the mobile app. Every user eligible to log in to Dynatrace has the option to view problems with the mobile app.
About the token - based on my observations:
I think the token gets invalidated after you disable the user, but I did not try it (yet). Feel free to explore 🙂
