String capture in the HTML body of a response

Will it be possible to capture a string within the HTML body of a response? For example, a response comes with a tag like this: <span> Error 305 - timeout </span>
With HP BMS (microfocus) it is possible to perform this type of capture since it uses a sniffer for the traffic. With dynatrace it will be possible?
