Updating OA in Solaris

Hello all.
I'm going to update OA to several Solaris. I am following the documentation.
Is it possible to change steps 3 and 4 by a symbolic link?

Example:
ln -s /opt/dynatrace/oneagent-update /opt/dynatrace/oneagent
