I know what does the repsone time in yellow box means.
How about the response time in the green box?
does it analogous to, or means something like 'server-side response time' in this post: https://answers.dynatrace.com/questions/199674/wha... ?
Hello Wai,
The top box is the response time for all the requests in that service. These may include external hosts or simply hosts in the client network that don't have an agent.
The bottom (green) box is showing the requests that are coming from hosts with Dynatrace agents on them.
See this link for more information on external services:
https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/server-side-services#scope-and-usage-of-services
Thanks,
David Nicholls
Could you please explain little more, below two statements are on contradicting. Whether the response time showin the green box captured from the hosts not having Dynatrace agents and running on the same network ? And also, can you please elobarte the client side reponse time (Metric Name - Response time – Client), how Dynatrace caputeres? Does it includes the network IO time?
