What happens with oneAgent ssl when an activeGate or a Dynatrace cluster gets a new certificate?

I my experience modifying a certificate on an activeGate or on the Managed cluster does not have impact on the connected oneAgents. Does anybody know how is is possible>

Same here, I have changed ssl cert and it was always flawless
