When will Service Level Objectives be available as a native feature of Dynatrace rather than having to write my own implementation and creating a range of custom metric? This functionality is highly important for teams building and operating software in todays technology world. The data is all there so providing an out-of-the-box solution for this is critical for an organisation starting on the SLO journey.
For reference, Datadog has a very detailed implementation:

Hi Andrew,
We are currently working on that feature. If you reach out to me by mail, we can do a quick walk through of the planned features, as I would be interested into what is missing to fulfill your use-cases.
Best greetings,
Wolfgang
Hi Wolfgang
Thank you for your fast response. Can you please send me your email address, otherwise I will reach out on LinkedIn.
Cheers,
Andrew
Regardless of the in product requested feature, Andy's recent webinar on automating business objectives (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGiTvRP1_LM) may also help.
Hello, can I get an update on this? Are Service Level Objects available in Dynatrace yet?
We currently started the preview program for SLOs. If you send me an email I can sign you up for it.
Sounds good, is there a way to personal message it?
To finalize here: from 207 (SaaS) and 208 (Managed) on, SLOs are GA.
Stay tuned for improvements from release to release, as we have many more plans for the features around SLOs and SRE use cases.
